Good morning 🌞🌞 A good morning is not without a nice healthy soul comforting breakfast.😋😋. A fluffy omelette topped with onion, tomatoes and broccoli 🧅🍅🌶️🥦
To make this omelette you will need the following ingredients :
1. Whisk the egg: First take a bowl and break an egg into it. Add some salt and pepper and give it a good whisk with the help of a whisker or fork. Do this for about 4-5 mins. This will make your eggs very fluffy.
2. Make the omelette: Add little oil in your pan. Drop the whisked eggs into the hot pan. Slowly lift the pan and move it in a circular motion to help the omelette spread evenly.
3. Add the toppings: Once the omelette is a bit cooked at the bottom, add the vegges and Parmesan cheese powder or any other grated cheese of your choice. Season it with a little salt. Cover the pan and let the omelette cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Plating: Place the omelette on a plate add some more cheese if you like and enjoy the omelette with a crisp toasted bread and hot tea/coffee.
