When you are trying to stay healthy, but need a binge snack, this salad is a perfect way to boost your mood. I came up with this recipe to satisfy my snack mouth during a Netflix binge and I think you guys will enjoy this as well. So try it out during your next movie night while you continue to follow your healthy diet. ππππ
Ingredients:
1. Chop the veggies: First we shall roughly chop the veggies and place it on a plate. It's important to chop the veggies because when we stir them in the pan it will soften quickly.
2. Stir fry the veggies: Take a pan, add some olive oil to it. Now add the veggies, some salt, pepper and green chili and stir them for a min.
3. Plating: Transfer the vegges into a salad bowl and add some roasted peanuts and drizzle some lemon juice. Garnish your salad with some coriander leaves.
