Simple, Gorgeous & Healthy Breakfast! Chia seeds are known as a power food because they have 100s of benefits for your body. They are among the healthiest foods on this planet. Chia seed pudding infused in coconut/almond milk overnight is an amazing breakfast meal. I love to include chia seeds in a lot of my recipes and dishes like salads, smoothies, fruit bowls, juices... the list just goes on. This one in particular is an amazing tropical summer breakfast special I love to make with some fresh, sweet, juicy mangoes and I hope you also give it a try and fall in love with it just like me ππ. COOK TIME: 5 mins
1. Soak Overnight: In a glass/bowl add the chia seeds and the coconut/almond milk, mix well and keep in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, once the pudding is set, add your mango puree. Garnish with some chopped almonds and chia seeds on top. Enjoy!

- ½ cup coconut/almond milk
- mango puree

- chia seeds for garnish
