COOK TIME: 20 mins
INGREDIENTS:
1. Dry roast: In a kadai dry roast the oats till they turn light brown. Remove this on a plate and let it cool down. Now, add the oats in a mixi grinder and grind it to fine powder. In the same kadai add almond, walnuts, peanuts, flax seeds and dry roast these for 2-3 mins on a medium flame. Grind them also into a fine powder. Keep it aside. In the same grinder add the jaggery and dates and blend it to make a paste. This mixture is quite sticky and it tends to stick to the sides while trying to grind, so, I add a bit of the oats powder.
2. Assemble and roll into ladoo/balls: Put all the ingredients on a plate, add raisins, chia seeds and mix them properly. Add some ghee to help bind them together and start rolling the ladoos. Refrigerate after making and enjoy these as a pre-workout snack or for a sweet tooth craving.
