Everyone loves to snack! Finding a healthy snack that is easy to make is not as difficult as you think. This is one of those recipes. Be it movie night, reading a book or having friends over, we need our snacks and bites. This in particular will serve you well in all situations. It's not a lot of fuss, takes very little time and is light on your tummy. Now you can binge on your favorite shows with a healthy snack and not worry too much about those extra calories ππππ.
PREP TIME: 5 mins
COOK TIME: 5 mins
1. Prep and Roast: Add some oil in your kadai, once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, chana dal, turmeric powder, green chilies, curry leaves, peanuts, dry coconut and stir them for a min or two. Now add the poha and mix this for about 2min. Switch off the flame and add the raisins, almonds, sev, salt, sugar and mix it all together. Enjoy snacking!! πππ

- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup fat sev
- ½ cup almonds (slit)
- ½ cup raisins
- 2 spoon chana dal
- ¼ cup of dry coconut (cut into thin slices)
- curry leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- salt
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- oil
