This is a specialty among keralites and mostly made during onam celebrations. It's a very simple dish made out of just 6 ingredients and lite on your palate. People generally combine it with rice, but it also goes well with idiappam and appams.
This is one of my favorite Kerala dishes because of how simple and light it is. It's made with ash gourd, pumpkin, cow peas and coconut milk. A subtly spiced curry, perfect for anyone who isn't a big fan of very spicy food. Definitely try this dish ππ.
