Something healthy π️ and Something filling π

Being a fitness freak and food lover I always try to make my food healthy and filling. I have a saying when it comes to food :
"Food should not just fill your stomach it needs to first touch your soul and then your stomach"
That's my relationship with food. Every dish every flavour I add in my food has touched my π first and then comforted my hunger π.
To make this healthy breakfast or snack all you need are the following:
1. Cook the veggies: Take a pan and add some butter to it. Add the chopped onion, mushroom and spinach. Let there fully cook (about 2-3 mins). Then just set them aside.
2. Make Omelette: Now take 2 eggs add salt and beat them in a bowl, and then pour them onto the same hot pan. Add the cooked mushroom, onions and spinach on top and sprinkle a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese. Let the egg cook (about a minute) and Voila! your healthy spinach mushroom onion omelette is ready. Just toast a bread and have it with some chai or coffee ☕.
