This is a super simple and super delicious breakfast idea. It's the best breakfast when you are in a rush and have no time to make your meal. You can prepare everything you need for this on the previous day. For me, this is also an amazing source of pre-workout calories because I'm always hungry right before my workouts. It can also be a really amazing desert if you like puddings. I always prepare this the night before and keep it in the fridge so that I can enjoy a nice chilled oats pudding in the morning. I don't add any sweeter, just raisins and fruits and let their natural sweetness leech into the pudding. For some crunch I also sprinkle some nuts and seeds.
