Broccoli is a vegetable that I rarely use in my meals. I just kind of don't know how to make them properly and I feel nervous to make them simply as its own dish. On this day, I had ½ of my broccoli left in the fridge and it was about to go bad, and since I was already done with lunch, I decided to make a healthy snack to go with my evening tea. That's how I came up with the idea to make these fritters. With, an experimental mind and the nervousness of failing I gave it a shot. Not only did it turn out to be amazing, it was very light and full of flavor. This dish can also be made as a broccoli cheela and eaten as breakfast. It's super delicious and yummy. πππ
